We're building the form backend we always wished existed — simple, generous, and open.

Our mission

Every website needs forms, but wiring up a backend for them is repetitive, error-prone work. UniqForms removes that work entirely. Point your HTML form at our endpoint, add a single hidden field, and you get email notifications, a submissions dashboard, and spam protection — without writing or hosting any server code.

Why we exist

Existing form services get expensive fast and lock essential features behind high tiers. We believe a full submissions dashboard, unlimited forms, and spam protection should be available on a genuinely free plan. UniqForms is open-core: the codebase is public, you can self-host it, and you are never locked in.

The core of UniqForms is open source. Use the hosted service at uniqforms.com for zero-ops convenience, or deploy your own instance and keep every submission on infrastructure you control. Either way, your forms work the same.
