These Terms govern your use of the UniqForms hosted service. By creating an account you agree to them. This is a general template and not legal advice; adapt it before production use.

Using the service

You may use UniqForms to collect and manage submissions from forms you own or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for the content collected through your forms and for complying with applicable laws.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Do not collect data you are not authorized to collect or process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abuse, or overload the service beyond your plan limits.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is available at no cost within its monthly submission limit. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Reaching a plan limit pauses new submissions until the rolling window resets or you upgrade; your existing data stays accessible.

Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Self-hosting

UniqForms is open-core. The self-hosted distribution is governed by its accompanying open-source license, separate from these hosted-service Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
