Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how UniqForms (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our hosted form backend service. This is a general template and not legal advice; adapt it to your jurisdiction before production use.

Information we collect

  • Account data: your email address and authentication details when you sign up.
  • Form submissions: the data your visitors submit through forms pointed at our endpoint, stored so you can view it in your dashboard.
  • Usage metadata: submission timestamps, referrer sources, and spam classification used to power per-form analytics.

How we use information

We use submission data solely to deliver notifications, populate your dashboard, run spam protection, and provide analytics. We do not sell your data or your submitters' data to third parties.

Where your data lives

For the hosted service, submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database on Supabase infrastructure in the EU region. If you self-host UniqForms, your data lives entirely on infrastructure you control.

Data retention

Submissions remain available until you delete them or close your account. You can export or delete submissions at any time from your dashboard.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
